Datagard - The Challenge

The challenge was to develop a system that was both affordable and available to all companies who undertook any direct marketing activity by fax or phone, regardless of the level of marketing they undertook or their technical capabilities.

The System

Developed in the UK by UK Data IT Ltd, DATAGARD will ensure companies are compliant with the TPS AND FPS, by completely preventing any suppressed numbers from reaching their destination irrespective of the age or source of data.

DATAGARD is a network level call barring solution which actually screens against the most recent TPS file whilst the call is en route to your prospect.

Should an attempt be made to contact an individual who is registered with the TPS an IVR message will advise the caller that the individual does not wish to receive further marketing calls, in the event of a dialer being used a suitable tone would be returned.

Legislation currently dictates that data should be screened against the TPS file every 28 days, the DATAGARD file is updated every 7 days and this could be done daily in the future should it be a requirement ensuring you stay ahead of legislation.
