UK Data IT was established in 1999 providing bespoke monitoring and compliance systems for the management of telecommunications in large multi-site operations. By 2003 the company had won 3 awards for the design and development of network level and hosted systems which helped their customer’s measure and control telecommunications for compliance and cost reduction purposes.

We entered the energy and temperature monitoring market with the UKD Energy brand by applying our proven telecommunication monitoring processes to energy sources such as Gas, Electric, Temperature, Humidity and Condition, and to strengthen the companies offering we partnered with Invisible Systems for the supply of UK developed class 1 monitoring hardware.

UKD Energy gives you accurate data which you can use to check the validity of your utility bills. It is also possible with most utility companies for you to self-read your meters using UKD Energy and in many cases you will be able to negotiate a reduction in your standing charges because of this. We can even send your readings direct to the utility companies if you wish. You can also use the data produced by UKD Energy for budgeting purposes, so you can see whether your actual spend is in line with your forecasts.
